These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 988bos platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below. Please read this document carefully before using any 988bos service.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 988bos Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
988bos reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age — at any time, including at the point of withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 988bos support may result in Account suspension.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the 988bos Platform. Opening, using, or benefiting from multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred banking details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 988bos promptly of any changes by contacting our support team.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 988bos will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact support immediately.
988bos may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an Account for any applicant without providing a reason. Account approval is subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process.
KYC Verification: All Members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable KYC documents include:
KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Altered, expired, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate Account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.
4.1 Deposits
988bos accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported deposit methods include bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 988bos does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed. 988bos reserves the right to withhold winnings generated from third-party deposits pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
988bos reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay processing pending the outcome of any fraud, AML, or compliance investigation. Withdrawal requests may be reversed to Account Balance at the Member's request provided processing has not yet commenced.
988bos offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a Member's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 7 calendar days of bonus credit, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.2 Game Contribution. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
5.3 Abuse. 988bos monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting wagers on the same event across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. 988bos reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if bonus abuse is suspected.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be activ ated per Account at any given time. Opting in to a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
5.5 Seasonal Promotions. 988bos may run time-limited promotions tied to cultural events and sporting calendars relevant to the Indonesian market, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major football tournaments such as the AFF Cup and FIFA World Cup. Specific terms for seasonal promotions will be published at the time of each campaign launch.
6.1 General Wagering. All wagers placed on the 988bos Platform are final once confirmed. Members are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any wager — including the selection, stake, and odds — prior to confirming placement. 988bos accepts no liability for wagers placed in error.
6.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets are offered on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and Piala AFF), badminton, volleyball, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Bandar bola (online football bookmaker) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets are available. Odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. 988bos reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager at its discretion. In the event of a fixture being abandoned, postponed, or replayed, 988bos's specific sport-rules document shall govern settlement.
6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Game rules are determined by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. Disconnection during a live game does not entitle a Member to a refund of their stake if the game hand or round has commenced.
6.4 Slots and RNG Games. All slot and RNG-based games on 988bos use independently certified Random Number Generator systems. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and displayed within the game information panel.
6.5 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on 988bos reference official draw results from recognized pools including Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau. Draw schedules are displayed in WIB. 988bos is not responsible for delays in result publication caused by the pool operators.
6.6 Suspicious Activity. 988bos operates real-time monitoring for suspicious wagering patterns, including but not limited to: use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of technical errors or pricing mistakes, and collusion between Members. Any wager identified as having been placed in breach of these rules may be voided, and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 988bos.
The 988bos name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 988bos. You may not use any such marks without the prior written permission of 988bos. All third-party trademarks referenced on the Platform (including game studio names such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) are the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988bos, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content, services, or products, even if 988bos has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases where 988bos is found to be liable notwithstanding the above exclusions, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
988bos reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:
Upon suspension or termination, 988bos will review the Account balance. Where termination results from a Member's breach of these terms, 988bos reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established and the termination is initiated at the Member's request, the remaining balance (less any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally.
988bos is an internationally operated platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988bos holds its international operating license. No provision of these Terms shall be interpreted as constituting a submission to the jurisdiction of any Indonesian court or regulatory authority.
By using the Platform, Members acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their country of residence, including in Indonesia. It is each Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any wager. 988bos makes no representation that the Platform or its content is lawful for access in any particular jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising between a Member and 988bos that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be the jurisdiction of 988bos's operating license. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
